Studies were carried out to determine the impact of the humic preparation on the phosphate regime of ordinary chernozem. The work was carried out in 2017–2022 under the conditions of the Rostov oblast on winter wheat crops. During the field experiment, the following variants were studied: without treatments (control); and treatment with BIO-Don at a dose of 2 L/ha. Mobile phosphates (according to the Machigin method) and phosphatase activity (according to Galstyan and Arutyunyan) were determined in 4 stages: sampling 1—resumption of spring growing season before the introduction of mineral supplements; sampling 2—2 weeks after treatment with humic preparation (tillering); sampling 3—2 weeks after treatment (heading); sampling 4—after harvesting. Spraying with a solution of a humic preparation of vegetative plants was carried out in the phase of tillering and heading of winter wheat. This resulted in dry conditions in 2017–2018 to a slight increase in the content of mobile phosphates from 19.1 to 23.8 mg/kg of soil (between the first and fourth samplings), the difference in comparison with the control was 0.4–3.2 mg/kg; in 2018–2019 and 2019–2020, to a significant increase in the value of this indicator from 21.1 to 34.7 mg/kg and from 19.7 to 58.0 mg/kg, according to periods. In 2020–2021, a sharp increase in the content of mobile forms of phosphorus in the tillering phase by 20–25% was recorded when treated with BIO-Don, compared to the control, to 59.2 mg/kg and a decrease by harvesting to 26.0 mg/kg. In 2021–2022, the amount of phosphates varied in the range from 35.0 to 21.6 mg/kg. At elevated and high concentrations of mobile phosphates (in 2019–2021 in the range of 45–65 mg/kg P2O5), no increase in enzymatic activity was observed. Under conditions of lack of moisture (2017–2018), in the variant with BIO-Don treatment, a significant decrease in soil phosphatase activity during the first and fourth sampling by 0.68 and 0.61 mg P2O5/100 g/L/h, respectively, was revealed. The dynamics of enzyme activity varied from high to moderate. Under favorable humid conditions in 2018–2019 (HTC = 0.7) an increase in the mobility of phosphates due to their dissolution in soil moisture suspended the activation of phosphatase.
