The article titled "VIRTUAL ERGONOMICS OF PPE SYSTEMS – A STANDARDIZATION PERSPECTIVE" discusses the development and testing of personal protective equipment (PPE) systems from an ergonomic standpoint. The article highlights the need for standardized testing methods that are simple, objective, and cost-effective. It introduces six levels for evaluating the ergonomics of PPE systems, with virtual testing and simulation being potential tools for reducing costs compared to human participant testing.
