Abstrakt: This article reports on a case of a patient with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) who experienced severe abdominal hemorrhage due to omental vasculitis and ruptured aneurysms. The patient initially presented with symptoms such as peripheral edema, weight loss, and neurological impairment. After further testing, a diagnosis of GPA was confirmed, and treatment was initiated. However, the patient later developed abdominal pain and severe bleeding, requiring emergency surgery and embolization. The patient eventually achieved remission with a combination of surgical intervention and immunosuppressive therapy. This case highlights the rare gastrointestinal manifestations of GPA and the importance of prompt treatment. [Extracted from the article]
