The cause of this condition is often unclear, but it can be attributed to factors such as genetics, aging, trauma, and certain medical treatments. The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old woman with idiopathic facial lipoatrophy who was successfully treated with a filler composed of hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite. The treatment resulted in satisfactory outcomes that lasted for 12 months.
