In recent days we observe the emerging trend of replacing metals with the composite material. These composites create applications promising today that stood virtually inconceivable just yesterday. Though there is lot of successful rese arch undergone in weight reduction factor of the metals but based on few parameters these metals were always lagging behind. The current aim is to study the stress distribution i.e. bursting pressure of Pressure-Vessel prepared with composite materials. PV is analyzing using ANSYS to obtain optimum helix angle. Finite element analysis-(FEA) tool namely ANSYS is used to run the program. The letdown of PV is resolute from the output built on individual parameters buckle, failure strain and stress.
