Abstrakt: This article discusses a rare case of an 18-year-old immunocompetent male patient who presented with multiple hydatid cysts in the liver, lungs, and mediastinum, along with a superimposed Aspergillus infection. The patient underwent surgical intervention to remove the cysts and was prescribed albendazole and itraconazole for postoperative treatment. The coexistence of hydatid cysts and Aspergillus infection is uncommon, and the diagnosis was confirmed through histopathological examination. This case highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis and treatment in managing this rare combination of infections. [Extracted from the article]
