Abstrakt: The pineapple farming program was born from the problem of the large number of burnt land in Bukit Batu District that is not used by the community so that it is prone to fires again. Economic improvement is also one of the main objectives of this program. Given the Bengkalis area which is dominated by peat soil during the dry season, land that is not properly managed by the community can trigger fires so that to reduce the problem the community's vacant land is used as pineapple farming. Based on various important issues, this study aims to explain how the implementation model for the development of an integrated pineapple farming area in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, is implemented. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive analysis method. Primary and secondary data were collected based on document review supported by interviews with informants determined by the purposive sampling technique as well as the results of observations and literature reviews. After collecting the data, it was analyzed by means of the Interactive Analysis Model. This study looks from the point of view of the program implementation model according to Korten in Akib and Antonius Tarigan (2008), namely First, the suitability between the program and the beneficiaries, namely the suitability between what is offered by the program and what is needed by the target group (beneficiaries). Second, the compatibility between the program and the implementing organization, namely the compatibility between the tasks required by the program and the capabilities of the implementing organization. Third, the suitability between the beneficiary group and the implementing organization, namely the compatibility between the conditions decided by the organization to be able to obtain program outputs and what the program target group can do. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the suitability of the implementation of the Integrated Pineapple Agricultural Area Development Program has been carried out optimally even though there are unplanned activities, namely extreme weather.
