Abstrakt: This article discusses a study on the use of single-agent chemotherapy in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The study found that both pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) and gemcitabine were effective in treating CTCL, with favorable response rates and time to next treatment. The study included a diverse cohort of patients, including Black patients, and found no significant differences in response rates between Black and White patients. However, the study acknowledges the need for further research to determine which patient populations benefit most from single-agent chemotherapy. [Extracted from the article]
