A study conducted at Saveetha University in Tamil Nadu, India, analyzed the radiological findings of pulmonary tuberculosis in 160 patients. The study found that there were different manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis, with a higher incidence of active post-primary tuberculosis in patients above 45 years old. Radiological findings included consolidation, cavitation, fibrosis, and centrilobular nodules with a tree-in-bud appearance.
