A study conducted by Xiamen University in China explores the relationship between gratitude, job crafting, teacher-student relationships, and teacher psychological well-being among Chinese English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers. The study involved 456 Chinese EFL teachers and used valid scales to collect data on these variables. The findings reveal significant connections between gratitude, job crafting, teacher psychological well-being, and teacher-student relationships, with teacher-student relationships acting as a mediator. The study emphasizes the importance of gratitude and job crafting in enhancing the psychological well-being of EFL teachers and suggests implications for interventions and practices in the EFL teaching context.
