Abstrakt: The influence of the number of passes during equal-channel angular pressing on the acoustic and physical characteristics of M1 copper, namely, ultrasonic-wave velocity, density, electrical conductivity, strength, hardness, and structure, is investigated. The mirror–shadow method of multiple reflections is used for acoustic measurements. The elastic moduli, the attenuation, and the anisotropy of the properties of deformed copper samples are calculated. A relation between the acoustic characteristics and the structure, density, hardness, and electrical conductivity of the samples is revealed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
