Abstrakt: With a Nd:YAG laser (λ = 1064 nm) in range of energy 300 to 500 mJ, an optical emission spectrum analysis technique (OES) was used to create Zirconium dioxide plasma. Electron temperature (Te) was determined using the two-Line-Ratio technique, as well as electron density was determined using the Stark broadening method (ne). Other plasma parameters were also determined, including ; Debye length (λD), frequency of plasma (fp), as well as number of Debye (ND). The electron temperature ranged from (0.901 to 0.704) eV, and electron density ranged from (0.68 to 1.58) ×1018 cm−3. Furthermore, other plasma parameters have been affected by laser energy.
