A study conducted by Ardabil University of Medical Sciences in Iran aimed to assess the competency of nursing students in writing nursing care plans. The study involved 248 nursing students from three nursing and midwifery schools in the Ardabil province. The students performed well overall, but the lowest score was in the appropriateness of interventions dimension. The study found that variables such as grade point average, age, academic term, and time spent studying were significant predictors of the students' scores on writing nursing care plans. The research suggests that nursing school administrators can use these findings to improve education and practice in nursing care plan development. [Extracted from the article] |
