A recent study conducted by researchers from Southern Technical University in Iraq assessed the practice of standard precautions among nurses in hospitals in Babil Governorate. The study found that a significant number of nurses had poor practice regarding standard precautions, which are essential for preventing the transmission of infections within hospitals.
