Abstrakt: This article, titled "Endoscopic Endonasal Far Medial Approach for Resection of Craniocervical Chordoma," discusses a case study of a 24-year-old man with a history of chronic headaches who presented with right tongue deviation and atrophy. An MRI revealed a mass at the craniocervical junction, which was diagnosed as a chordoma. The patient underwent a transpterygoid transeustachian far medial approach for tumor resection, followed by an occipitocervical fixation. The surgery was successful, with gross total resection of the tumor and resolution of the patient's preoperative headaches. The article is authored by Hassan Fadel, Travis Hamilton, Jacob Pawloski, Amrita Ray, Jacob Eide, Muwaffak Abdulhak, John Craig, and Karam Asmaro. [Extracted from the article]
