Abstrakt: We present two cases of removal of an orbital apex cavernous venous malformation using an endoscopic endonasal trans-septal approach and a CT-guided navigation system. The apex was accessed through endoscopic medial wall orbitotomy. The periorbita was then opened, and the inferior and medial rectus muscles were isolated to enable an approach to the lesion. These surgeries were performed jointly by Oculoplastics and ENT endoscopy teams.By Oded Sagiv; Lev Bedrin; Guy J.
