Abstrakt: This article, titled "Pediatric Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Reconstruction Surgical Techniques: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis," discusses the use of endoscopic endonasal skull base reconstruction (EESBR) for managing skull base tumors in pediatric populations. The study conducted a comprehensive review and meta-analysis of 24 studies to assess the efficacy of different autologous graft-based reconstruction techniques. The results showed that while EESBR has promising outcomes, the choice of graft type should be carefully considered due to its association with higher complication rates. The findings contribute to the understanding of EESBR management strategies and highlight the need for tailored approaches to optimize patient outcomes. [Extracted from the article]
