The article explores the relationship between workplace diversity and employee turnover, focusing on gender diversity. The authors conducted a large-sample cross-country empirical analysis, finding a strong positive correlation between workplace diversity and organizational turnover, especially among minority employees (women). The study also suggests that organizations prioritizing inclusiveness can mitigate the positive diversity-turnover relationship,. |
