This document is a correction notice for an article titled "A pilot screening for cognitive impairment through voice technology (WAY2AGE)" published in BMC Psychology. The authors of the article have acknowledged that they used an unauthorized version of the Spanish MMSE instrument without permission from PAR. However, PAR has now granted retrospective permission. The use of the unauthorized instrument does not affect the results of the article. Springer Nature, the publisher, remains neutral regarding jurisdictional claims and institutional affiliations.
