Abstrakt: Managing risk is looking for possibilities and reducing the impact on project implementation. This study aims to improve the cost and time performance of tunnel work. The research was conducted in 3 research stages, namely: 1) Knowing the most influential factors in the application of Dynamic Modeling and risk manageability, using SPSS. 2) Create risk management modeling using System Dynamics 3). Simulations and scenarios use the results of the questionnaire to obtain the best scenario for reducing the impact that will occur. From the Dynamic Modeling factors and scenarios, it was found that the increase in Cost Performance and Overrun Time.
