Abstrakt: Fueled by the increasing number of traffic jams in the capital city of Jakarta, the LRT station project has become the main goal to overcome congestion in the capital city of Jakarta and become a contributor segment in the world of construction services. In project implementation, good scheduling and quality are very important roles in the timeliness, cost, and quality of project completion. Project delays often occur in the process of implementing construction projects. The quality is not good because it does not comply with the technical specifications. In the end there is a loss on a project. Project delays can occur due to several internal factors, weather factors, design changes and others. Development projects must meet the three most important things, namely cost, quality and time. Expansion of costs and delays in project completion is a problem faced by construction. Controlling the cost, quality and time of researchers using the Lean Six Sigma method and the Last Planner System. Lean Six Sigma is a lean and sig sigma method that can be defined as a philosophy, systematic approach to identify and eliminate waste or non-value added activities through continuous improvement in productivity to achieve six sigma levels, and consists of 5 stages of improvement commonly called DMAIC, consists of defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling. Last Planner system is a plan that can increase planning reliability above 75%, using weekly PPC by conducting research from the beginning of the project to the end of the project. By applying the Lean Six Sigma method and the Last Planner System, we can get cost efficiency and time efficiency. Therefore, this research is very useful. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
