The article describes the case of anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies-associated vasculitis (AAV) in a 48-year-old female following autoimmune PAP, successfully treated by rituximab (RTX) and avacopan. Topics include findings on blood tests, role of avacopan in the reduction of glucocorticoids (GCs) and sustained remission of AAV, and observation on the concomitant use of avacopan and RTX. |
