Abstrakt: Self-efficacy is the belief that a person has in acting to achieve the desired goal. The level of self-efficacy owned by students can affect the ability of students to solve a problem. This research aims to develop and test the scale to determine the students' self-efficacy mathematics in mathematics learning to have a good validity and reliability level. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research population is all students of grade X high school in Bekasi Regency. The sample of 213 students came from three different schools selected using simple random sampling. Self-efficacy dimensions used are level, generality, and strength with a total number of items 15 items. The Lisrel program version 8.80 and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) employing Second-Order Confirmation Factor (SOCF) are used to analyze the data. Data analysis revealed that the 14-statement mathematics self-efficacy measure created for mathematics learning is valid and trustworthy. The self-efficacy component, which includes level, generality, and strength, is the one on which the scale's development was founded. Additionally, the generality factor plays the most role in developing students' mathematical self-efficacy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
