Abstrakt:	Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare type of blood cancer characterized by the overproduction of mature neutrophils. Most CNL patients have a mutation in the CSF3R gene, which is considered a key diagnostic indicator. This article presents a case study of an 82-year-old man with CNL who also had monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) and developed severe ascites due to neutrophil infiltration in the liver. The patient's condition deteriorated, leading to emaciation and aspiration pneumonia. The article highlights the need for early intervention and treatment to prevent severe organ damage in CNL patients. [Extracted from the article]
