Creativity and innovation are two important factors in the development and progress of organizations and communities. Creativity means the ability to create new ideas, and innovation means presenting a new and innovative product, service or process that helps the organization grow and progress. These two factors can be strengthened individually or collectively within organizations and can improve organizational performance and efficiency. Given the intense competition in the market, organizations that can generate new and innovative ideas will have greater success in the market. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and investigate the factors affecting creativity and innovation in strategic human resource management using meta-analysis method.
