The entrepreneurial ecosystem is the interaction of the factors for the development of entrepreneurship, which has been the focus of policymakers and development planners in recent years. The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Iran's stone industry. This research was conducted using the exploratory mixed method in two phases: qualitative (for identifying factors) and quantitative (for evaluating and screening factors by experts). In the first phase, semi-structured interviews and in the second phase, a questionnaire were used to collect information. The analysis of interviews in the qualitative part of the research was carried out by content analysis method and led to the identification of 60 factors. To screen the factors, the fuzzy Delphi method was conducted in three rounds, and finally 38 factors were identified as the most important factors affecting the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Iran's stone industry. The results of this research show that factors such as using the social capacities, legitimacy and acceptability of entrepreneurs, legal, financial and technical supports, communication networks of entrepreneurs, developing international cooperation, developing the infrastructure, and identifying and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities, can be effective on the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Iranian stone industry.
