Abstrakt: We report the first case of lumen apposing metal stent (LAMS) use in malignant stricture of the duodenal apex to treat gastric outlet obstruction (GOO) and to facilitate endoscopic retrograde management of synchronous malignant biliary obstruction due to pancreatic head adenocarcinoma.
