Abstrakt: This document provides a detailed account of the development of a photocatalyzed reaction for the synthesis of the antifungal drug tavaborole. The researchers optimized the reaction conditions and achieved a yield of up to 81% using a flow reactor. The method has potential applications in the synthesis of other drugs, and the chemical shifts and spectra of the synthesized tavaborole are also included.
