Abstrakt:	A study conducted at Central Mindanao University investigated the effects of Jiawei Wendan Decoction on the gastric microbiota of rat models with depression-anxiety comorbidity. The study used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine on the rats. The results showed that the treatment with Jiawei Wendan Decoction increased the abundance of Lactobacillus johnsonii, which is associated with environmental and genetic information processing. The study suggests that Jiawei Wendan Decoction may have anti-comorbidity effects in rat models with chronic restraint stress. [Extracted from the article]
