| Abstrakt: |
An analytical device, used to detect the biological components combined with chemical substances is a biosensor. The perovskite is represented by the formula ABO3. Perovskites like BaTiO3 and Ba2YCa3O show semiconducting, metallic, superconducting, magnetic, and electrical properties. Nanoperovskite follows all the properties used in gas sensors, making it a good biosensor. Perovskite elements LaFeO3 and SrTiO3 It is used as good biosensor due to their thermal stability and band gap energy of 3-4 eV.
