This study aims to determine the good governance of CHICKS/Provincial elected officials in education as influenced by their leadership aptitude, style and educational programs. There were ninety (90) office staff rated elected officials in terms of their efficacy and effectiveness accountability, rule of law, and Transparency. Respondents of the study include twenty (20) elected officials with a Bachelors degree and one (1) graduate of a (2-year course). Findings revealed that elected officials have a competence. Elected official leadership aptitude as to their location, generally, they are all competent. I Elected officials manifest all leadership style as to their location in terms of Transformational, cross-cultural, Laissez fair leadership and transactional. Male elected officials are using transformational, cross-cultural and laissez-fair type of leadership but not transactional. Females are not using Laissez-faire leadership, the most critical annual goals were not met. Municipality and of Ilog Cauayan were the location that implemented all their educational projects and programs. The project that has been accomplished by the elected officials will depend on the kind of governance they are practicing. In governance, elected officials are using, transformational, laissez-faire, and transactional the same with their aptitude, it is conform to what kind of leadership they are using and as well as in implementation of projects.
