Abstrakt: A recent study conducted at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in Punjab, Pakistan, explored the potential medicinal properties of Panicum antidotale, a plant traditionally used to treat inflammation and painful diseases. The study found that the ethanol extract of Panicum antidotale demonstrated antioxidant activity and showed promising results in reducing edema, promoting wound healing, and providing analgesic and antipyretic effects in animal models. The extract was also found to contain various beneficial compounds. Molecular docking analysis suggested that the extract may interact with specific enzymes involved in inflammation and wound healing.
