Abstrakt: This document discusses the environmental risk mitigation communication strategy in wetland areas, specifically focusing on a case study in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. It highlights the importance of comprehensive risk mitigation involving the government, tourism managers, and visitor communities to address problems that often occur in wetlands for tourism activities, such as motorboat accidents. The document also discusses the issues surrounding safety in river crossing tourism activities in Banjarmasin, including factors like public indifference, ineffective safety advisory boards, the influence of celebrities, and cultural beliefs.
