The pandemic spread throughout Indonesia, including Surabaya, made people have to be swift in handling this case, especially in finding the nearest hospital to their location. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the delivery of information related to the distribution of referral hospital locations for COVID-19 patients and their affordability to be very important to present. ArcGIS StoryMaps media can be used as web-based information delivery by displaying interactive maps, images, graphs, and so on that can support information. This study aims to visualize the location of referral hospitals for COVID-19 patients in Surabaya and an affordability analysis of 1 km; 2.5 km; 5 km; and 10 km. The Surabaya City health profile data was generated by a https://bit.ly/StoryMapsRSCovid-19 Surabaya web display containing graphs, pictures of hospital locations, and four interactive maps. The analysis shows that referral hospitals tend to cluster in urban centers, and their locations are also included in residential areas with high population density and high numbers of positive confirmed cases. The results of this analysis are expected to help the government plan the procurement of health facilities based on their accessibility and affordability so that people far outside the city center can also experience decent health facilities.
