| Abstrakt: | The article describes the case of a 17-year-old woman with Marfan syndrome complicated by scoliosis, mitral valve prolapse, and bilateral lens subluxation presented to the emergency department with a history of postural frontal headache. Topics discussed include administration of analgesic therapy in the emergency department (ED) without significant improvement, consideration made for a diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH), and clinical characteristics of Marfan syndrome. |
