The article is devoted to the use of artificial intelligence technologies to recognize the identity of a student who is present in class. At the Irkutsk National Technical University (IrNRTU), Department of Radioelectronics and Telecommunications Systems, a neural network was developed, created and tested a program that allows you to identify a person in real time by a face image, with subsequent addition to the list of those present it can optimize the learning process, since the free time is used directly to study the subject, and also allows you to identify a particular person during the intermediate and final tests.
