Abstrakt: Despite many publications devoted to the training of personnel and methods for improving the level of training of engineering and technical personnel of industrial engineering companies, the issue of a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of using the scientific potential of an enterprise is still relevant. The need to form a set of measures, develop theoretical foundations, sound conclusions and proposals aimed at developing a fundamental mechanism for intensifying and attracting employees of modern engineering companies to research activities, implies that the management has special automated systems for evaluating the rating of each employee involved in the process of solving problems technical orientation and introduction of the latest science-intensive technologies. For implementation of these systems in large enterprises, it is necessary to develop a kind of methodological platform that will not only algorithmize the entire complex of the process of assessing the scientific activity of performers but will also contribute to more rational planning and carrying out the necessary activities in the scientific and innovative sphere of the company. The article proposes one of the methods for assessing the level of training of scientific personnel, based on the principle of stimulating employees on the part of the enterprise.
