Modeling of resources for potential fires at public facilities elimination.

Abstrakt: The paper considers rescue locations and communication options in the event of a fire. The features of fire suppression by fire brigades are studied. The possibility of localizing the fire by the specialized personnel of the protected object before the arrival of the firemen is considered. The object under study is a public facility with a mass stay of people - the cinema and concert hall "October" in the city of Lipetsk. The number of forces and means necessary to localize a fire on the roof of a protected facility has been calculated. The plans for the deployment of forces and means to extinguish a fire on the roof of the building are given. The application of the main fire protection system to the objects of mass stay of people is demonstrated. Measures for fire suppression with water fire extinguishing systems have been improved and expanded. The development of a fire-fighting water supply system inside the protected object was completed. After justification, it was proposed to use a photo luminescent evacuation system. The main elements of the fire extinguishing system that can provide the required response time for the main forces and means in the event of an emergency, as well as the main measures for coordinating the evacuation of injured people from the object under consideration, are considered and recommended.
