A recent study conducted at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Tamil Nadu, India, examined the effectiveness of an occupational therapy Memory Strategy Education Group (MSEG) intervention on memory difficulties and activities of daily living (ADL) performance among the geriatric population. The study involved 10 participants aged 60 years and above, who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The results showed that the MSEG intervention was effective in improving memory difficulties, but had a lesser effect on improving ADL performance.
