Abstrakt: |
The results of an experimental study and numerical simulation of heat and moisture transfer in a blown dense and a stirred layer of vegetable materials under convective and cyclic radiative-convective heat supply are considered. Based on the analysis of the kinetic dependences of the dehydration of vegetable materials, the possibility of reducing the duration of the process is shown. A comparison of the calculated and experimental data on the kinetics of the process is made, indicating their satisfactory agreement and the adequacy of the model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
