Abstrakt:	Researchers at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. have conducted a study on the development of lyophilized AAV8 gene therapy products for refrigerated storage. Currently, rAAVs are stored as frozen liquid, which presents challenges for supply chain and inventory management. The researchers evaluated various formulation excipients and identified a lead formulation that demonstrated stability at refrigerated temperatures.
