The article focuses on a 14-year-old female patient presenting with facial asymmetry, retained baby teeth, and a cyst impacting the eruption of permanent teeth, diagnosed through clinical, radiographic, and histopathologic examinations. It explores the differential diagnoses of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, odontoma, and calcifying odontogenic cyst with a complex odontoma, detailing their characteristics, radiographic presentations, and management approaches. |
