The principal objective of the paper, to study the uniqueness problem of Q-shift differencedifferential polynomials of a meromorphic function sharing finite value. A result Chung-Chun Yang and Xinhou. Hua (In Annales-Academiae Scientiarum Fennicae Series A 1 Mathematica 22:395-406,1997) is the starting point of this kind of research. In addition to this, one of our result improve and extend that of Harina R Waghamore and Rajeshwari (International Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics 107(4):971-981, 2016).
