Abstrakt: |
The article discusses research which analyzed and described the structural variation and conformational changes occurring in probable arabinosyltransferase B (embB) receptor with its mutant that cause ethambutol and multidrug resistance in tuberculosis. The study validated the quality of predicted protein structures and compared the structures of the mutant and wildtype of the receptor. It observed the docking and interaction network of ethambutol with wildtype and mutants of embB receptor. |
