Abstrakt: A study conducted by researchers at the Islamic University of Science and Technology explores the relationship between nurses' job crafting perception (POC), their job crafting behavior (JC), and their well-being (WB). The study collected data from 773 nurses in Northern Indian hospitals and found that POC significantly predicts JC, which in turn improves nurses' hedonic and eudaimonic well-being. Personal resources (PR) were found to intensify the impact of POC on JC, while job resources (JR) did not have the same effect. The study suggests that POC can enhance nurses' well-being and that PR plays a catalytic role in this process. [Extracted from the article]
