Abstrakt: A new report discusses research findings on mechanical engineering from the Institute of Strength Physics and Materials Science in Tomsk, Russia. The research focuses on evaluating the stress-strain state in the "zygomatic bones-implants-denture base" system by varying the type and number of zygomatic implants and applying loads. The study found that changing the adhesion conditions at the implant-bone tissue interface affected the level and location of maximum stress. The research suggests that this phenomenon should be considered when choosing the size and location of zygomatic implants for prosthetic treatment. [Extracted from the article]
