Abstrakt: A recent research study conducted at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University in Uttar Pradesh, India, has provided new information about the counterion association of certain drugs with sodium tetradecyl sulfate (STS) in an aqueous medium. The study utilized conductivity, fluorescence, and UV spectrophotometer measurements to highlight the presence of drugs and the formation of premicellar aggregates of STS. The research concluded that the counterion binding values for diphenhydramine hydrochloride (DPC) and chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) with STS were 0.300 and 0.379, respectively, at 25 degrees Celsius. This study contributes to the field of Chemicals and Chemistry and may be of interest to researchers and scholars in the health and medicine field. [Extracted from the article]
