Abstrakt:	Researchers from the South China University of Technology have developed a closed-loop optogenetic modulation system for manipulating neural activities in mice. This system utilizes a functional fiber probe with low optical loss and electrical impedance. In vivo experiments demonstrated that the system can successfully identify and intervene in seizures in epilepsy mice.
