Abstrakt: Kapuas Hulu has a unique National Park, namely Betung Kerihun National Park and Danau Sentarum National Park (TNBKDS), which belongs to one of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserves. These areas border Malaysia and have conserved exotic tropical forest flora. The area of the National Park covers some villages in Putussibau. The vegetation of Danau Sentarum National Park is dominated by swamp forest vegetation. This forest is flooded in the rainy season and dry in the other season. This area is vital to maintain the water supply in the Kapuas River and the downstream area, as well as a source of carbon storage. The study aims to study the diversity of plants in Danau Sentarum, especially species belonging to the family Dipterocarpaceae. This research used descriptive research and exploring methods. Short descriptions of species, as well as a recommendation for plant conservation in the region, are provided. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
