Abstrakt: External pictorial representation was an ability that should be mastered by blind students. One of the factors that affects one's pictorial representation is the sense of sight. Pictorial representation for blind students is compensated by their sense of touch and their sense of hearing. This research aims to describe the pictorial representation of blind students to understand geometry concepts, focusing on two-dimensional models. The kind of research is explorative and descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the research were blind students from birth in the IX class of SLB Kota Malang, Indonesia. The data collection instruments here use tasks and interview them based on their responses to those tasks. Time triangulation was done to validate the data collected. The findings of this research were as follow: (1) Blind students performed pictorial representation via first stimulus, such as orientation to specific items that resemble geometry concepts. (2) Blind students also did pictorial representations using mental imagery of a condition that is familiar to them. (3) A blind student's process of pictorial representation takes longer than that of a normal student. (4) Blind students were not able to do pictorial representation without stimulus orientation.
